Dragon Born Language?

Is their full dictionary some where on the internet? It must have a fair amount of English words in the Dova tongue?

You know what I don't get about the dragon language? You can understand a word shout, but not the entire language. You didn't need help with learning the shout and you knew the word. But you can understand what the dragons are saying? Don't get it. :confused:
