Hello

I recently re-installed Skyrim due to issues, and now find when running through the intro video Ralof stops talking just before the gate into the town (he no longer mentions General Tullius, he and every NPC from this point on are silent).

When the carriage then reaches its destination, everyone just sits there. I have tried deleting the user\skyrim folder to see if that helped, and have nothing but the basic game installed, but issue still occurs..

Any help would be appreciated!

Have you tried simply making a new game other than this one?
