Give me reasons, one way or the other. I really wish to do The Blades quests, but Paarthurnax is a teacher to the Dragon Born. And the Grey Beards rever him.

Why not just leave him be?

The blades are suppose to be helping the Dragonborn, instead they demand if you wish to seek their assistance, that you kill Paarthurnax. Seems Delphine needs to remember who gives the orders.

I side with Paarthurnax. I enjoy studying words with him. I also enjoy the company of the greybeards. They don't talk much but have a greater understanding then the Blades.

If you kill Paarthurnax, the greybeards will no longer help you, this includes finding words of power. Considering its the greybeards that help you understand being a dragonborn, it goes against my characters mental state to stab them in the back.

I don't see the issue. Are you a dragon slayer, or not? If so, sou said yourself you wanted to do the Blades quests so kill big P.

If you're not a dragon slayer, then let him live.

Nobody will give you compelling reasons to go one way or the other. All that's going to happen is that you'll see the reasons you want to see and go with the choice you have already unconsciously made.

So kill Paarthurnax and get it over with.

The Greybeards no longer give me locations to words of power. I have all 20 shouts, but am missing the last 2 phrases for Dismay. I can not find them, and no clues from Arengeir.
