Hey everyone,

So I've noticed this bug for a quite a long time now, and to me it seems to be getting very little attention for how serious of annoyance it is. Basically, it causes the intended target to be paralyzed long before the arrow hits him/her, and causes the target to dodge away from the arrow.

The most enjoyment I've had with a character in Skyrim is my stealth/archery character, however this bug is gamebreakingly annoying. I was only able to make it a couple hours into the Dawnguard expansion before I just had to say "Screw it" because almost every paralysis caused the arrow to miss and all nearby enemies to go "WHATS THAT!" and run around, turning potential enjoyment into anger.

Please fix this bug so I can go back to playing this game (melee and magic bores me), or atleast create some way for you to pay like 40k gold for a single perk change so I can drop Bullseye.
