I've just got a quick question. Does anyone know if the house ingredients you take ever respawns and if yes how long does it take?. If it makes a diffrance I'm asking about my Riften house.

Inside the house, nothing respawns.

The garden should respawn in 10 days, but you need to stay out of Riften entirely.
