So Ive watched tons of videos on YouTube to do with skyrim and one thing that I've noticed is they always instruct you to 'wait 48 hours for the merchants money to restock'.

this is far too long for. I have a better way I've been using since I started playing skyrim due to a xbl friend telling me and I've never heard it mentioned in the vids so I thought I'd let you guys know. sorry in advance if you already know this, this is for the people who dont.

Anyway, after selling what u can to the merchant and he's at 0 gold, save ur game, kill the merchant then load up the game u just saved and the merchant u just brutally murdered will be back behind the counter with a fresh batch of gold and a totally fresh batch of goods.

So even if u ain't got anythin to sell and ur just after more arrows, ingots or potions etc. Then just repeat the process above for a fresh batch of goods aswell as gold everytime.

Simple and much quicker than waiting 48 hours everytime.

Hope this helps as much as it has helped my 3 characters throughout there journeys through skyrim.

Yeah, this is fairly well-known...there's no YouTube video about it? There's a YouTube video for everything you don't want to know so how is something useful not on there?

Well, on PS3 it's actually faster to just wait the 48 hours.

I thought it maybe. I didnt see it in any videos so I thought I might aswell, there's people out there bount to not know of this yet.

I'm not saying its not on there If i said that then I know for a fact 2 minutes later someone would post a link to a video that shows you how to do this trick.

I'm saying out of the many videos I've seen, none of them being solely based on the subject of merchants but alot of them involving selling items to merchants, the guy doing the commentary always says 'if the merchant runs out of cash, just wait 48 hrs and his gold will restock'.

Most of These videos with anything from 50k - 300k views that are made mostly by channels dedicated to all things skyrim.

So because I never seen it mentioned in videos that alot of people watch I thought I'd bring it up.
