Well, i get my Thieves guild armor late, after completing all the thieves missions, now, im screwed, because for the "one with shadows" trophie i need my original thieves armor upgraded by tonilia, and i can't do that because i don't have the option! what can i do? ? help please!!

From the Elder Scrolls Wiki -

"In the Cistern check the bed on the right, entering from the Flaggon, between the bed and the end table. There should be Thieves guild armor sitting there. You can pick it up and give it to Tonilia."

There's thieves guild hood, boots and gloves in the training section of the cistern I believe, one of the corners on the left.

The main problem is that i have the armor, but i get it late, i get it after the last mission of the guild, and i just cant get it upgrade! :C

How do you get it that late.... when you get the armor in the 2nd guild quest. And the armor is required for the 6th quest to progress the main guild quests?

i get it late!, because, "getting the thieves armor from tonilia" it is not for the main cuest, and i let it pass until i finished that mission of returning the skeleton key! then, i returned to tonilla, and she give me the thieves armor, but nothing else happend!

It's literally impossible for you to be where you say you are if you didn't receive the Thieves Guild Armour, considering you need to upgrade a piece of it to progress further in the guild questline.

I get the feeling you're confusing the Guildmaster's Armour with the standard Thieves Guild Armour, considering the One With The Shadows Trophy/Achievement won't trigger until you've restored the Thieve's Guild to its former glory. That means completing all special jobs for Delvin and then completing the quest called Under New Management, which will only trigger after all special jobs are completed alongside the thieves guild main questline.

umm.. nope, definitely not confuse! the standard thieves armor is the one that i can't upgrade for tonilla., i got the armor, got it late, but got it, and now, after i complete all the main thieves cuest, they did't tell me to repair it to continue!! in which mission they told you to upgrade it? im doing the delvin and vex missions, but i read an article that sayed that i can'y get the "one with the shadows" trophie if i haven't my standard armor upgrade! ?does it affects that i've never use it, and just kept it in my house?

some would say you have got Yourself in abit of a pickle. I would say your now firmly sitting at the bottom of the pickle jar.

Have u tried googling it? youtube? there's gotta be someone out there who use to sit in that same pickle jar.

You don't need your thieve's guild armor upgraded, ever. Last time I checked, you can hand it boots or gloves or hood. I've yet to be Guildmaster so maybe I am missing something.

I'm still trying to fathom how he could even progress past the quest "Speaking with Silence" without it. In fact... did you EVER use her as your fence? I'm pretty sure she gives it to you without you asking for it.

I try it, but it seems the "pickle jar" it's only full of pickles that "sell" the armor, but my problem is that i can't upgrade the armor i have, in fact,is about this i end here! im realy upset men, it was the last trophie i need to get tha platinum one! yeah., i know that, but tonilia does not give me the option of upgrade anything!

Do you have an earlier save, maybe before you complete one or two missions or quests for the guild, and get your armor, then complete them?

i tried that too! u_u but i did it realy long ago! when i was 24, now im 51! :C
