More conversations?

Has anyone done a mod for more npc conversations? I saw one for less but not more.
Like the guard that says I'd love to have a set of dragon armor, or conjure me up a warm bed. I have nothing to say back. Not even flip them off. LOL

Could you mix me an ale? If I hear that one more time. I want to turn around and give her one. And what about the drunk that I give an ale to? I get no points like I do when giving away a gold piece.
Or the bard at the inn. I have 2 song requests and that's all. Nothing else I can say to her. Hey baby, wanna have a beer together? LOL

I have more money then Trump, and nothing to do with it.

I didn't know if anyone would be interested or I'd create the mod myself just for fun.

The problem would be voice acting - hiring the original VAs isn't really viable, so you'd have to make do with silent voices and subtitles (not very immersive) or try editing vanilla dialogue (taken from other dialogue by the same VA) and making new sentences out of old ones - very time consuming but possible.

Interesting NPCs (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/8429) adds quite a few new NPCs to the game for you to converse with and is highly recommended. It uses professional or professional-level voice actors, and much of the acting and sound quality is certainly as good as (if not better than) vanilla. It also not only adds new "scenes" to allow them to randomly converse with each other, but now also allows them to converse with the vanilla NPCs by editing the vanilla dialogue (as above) to allow new conversations to happen.
