I am getting kind of bored with my warrior, and my destruction mage isn't fun because of how bad destro is in this game (in my opinion, no hate please).

How much magicka would I need to make this doable?

I want to try a female for this - what race do you guys think fits this type of character best? What would you call the "class"?
