skeevers and saber cats

First topic bear with me (<-- see the pun there... you love me already  )

I was just wondering, if anyone else is scared [censored]less everytime a skeever or saber toothed cat attacks.

First time I got attacked by skeevers was early on during the main quest, and i just heard a little shriek and then a 'umph' from my character. I have never jumped so much at a game before. There easy enough to kill, but that initial jump gets me everytime unless im attacking them.

Saber's are just a beefed up version of scare. :stare:

Ugh, me too. Not so much saber cats, but definitely skeevers. It's only a matter of time before I actually yell out 'KILL IT WITH FIRE!' while playing ... Frostbite Spiders too. Those things give me the creeps every time I see them!

Skeevers are pretty annoying, and Sabre Cats are fast which makes them pretty scary.

My bad

I just turn around and start swinging wildly, unfortunately, if any followers have bunched up a little they are stuck within the arc :wallbash:

I agree with you on sabre cats. At the early levels on master, sabre cats are a pain. Fast and powerful. They've probably killed me more times than any other creature.

They are a NIGHTMARE on master in early levels. Hell, if you are a mage, they can be a nightmare at most any level if they get the drop on you and you don't see them coming.

I came on to a pack a seven or eight saber cats with a snowy saber cat leading them, I got surrounded and managed to kill two of them but the rest killed me.

Yeah, the first time I saw one, I cried out "Where the hell is my fortify speed spell?!! And who took my skooma?!!"

On my high level character I had a whole dungeon of just Draugr that I can see coming. Next thing I know, a Skeever just pops out of nowhere in the dark... one of the biggest video game frights I have ever had.

Oddly, I don't run into many skeevers to notice them. I just did the meadery questline, but they didn't scare me.

Saber cats, who come from behind, get me every time. Large TV + volume up (no music) + dimly lit room = unsafe ceiling.

at lvl 40 expert my mage easily gets 2-hit killed by a snow saber cat, always have ebonyflesh at the ready just cause of them saber cats.
