Mastered Magicka - Bound Weapons

This little addition makes it so that the damage of your Bound Weapons scales in the same fashion as your spells using my Mastered Magicka mod, i.e. when you spend points on Magicka and acquire proficiency perks in Conjuration. This allows you to use Bound Weapons throughout the entire game, not just the early levels. From no perks to Master Conjuration and 500 Magicka, the summoned weapons' damage increases to above double that of vanilla.
This mod is completely separate from Mastered Magicka and can be used standalone.
