Hooded Black Robes

Wasnt really sure where to put this, but i heard i can get these robes in Fellglow Keep. Ive been through once during the quest Hitting the Books, but part of the keep has caved in. Is there anyway i can still get the robes?

Btw, on console so i cant use console commands.

I have found plenty of black robes but no hooded black robes

Probably this if you can't get the ones in Fellglow. That shop is pretty good about selling "clothing".

Orphan rock. Everytime I pass by at least one hag is wearing a lootable one. Don't know if you wanted unenchanted though?
