I am about to do season unending so I want bonuses from either side but am a keen blade dragonslayer.
I know that the blades where part of the empire but would they be angry/feel betrayed by the empire for letting the thalmor dispand them(and kill them)

The Blades are present for Seasons Unending but they don't really care one way or another about the War. The Blades served the Dragonborn Emperors, not the empire. In terms of the war, I’ll back you up wither way as long as you are committed to slaying Dragons.

They are dragon hunters, not the CIA of Cyrodiil like in Oblvion

The may still side with the empire, but I think they have their own set of goals which is to kill dragons. As long as neither side bothers them they probably don't care who wins.

They are longer longer concerned with that I think. They only serve the Dragonborn at this point and hunt dragons. They were a part of the Empire because of the Dragonborn Emperors and for some reason they helped the Medes.

If pressed they would probably side with the empire. For nothing else then a united tamriel has a much better shot at destroying he thalmor.

So I guess whatever side the Dragon born is the on is the side the blades on.

they dont give a rats ass about the war. They wont care what army you side with, or if you side with any.

They're on the side of "Stop fighting, you idiots, there are bigger fish to fry."

I agree, the Blades probably side with the Empire. Others as follows:

Companions: Neutral or Ulfric
Mage College: Neutral
Thieves' Guild: Neutral, probably.
Dark Brotherhood: Given the point of their main quest, I'd say Ulfric.
Blades: Empire
Forsworn: Empire, since they hate Ulfric.
Thalmor: Neither, they just want the war to continue endlessly.
