As I think I have found a solution to this, but I need some one else, besides me to test this.

I just started a new character, and haven't gotten combat music since the fresh start. But I'm using a lot of mods, if that complicates things.

Well, the solution was already figured out, which saved me a lot of trouble. I thought it was something no one figured out the cause, til I went to hit submit in nexus and got an error saying my file name already existed in the database.
