• Unique four-poster bed + bedroll for companion
  
• Fireplace with cooking facilities
  
• Alchemy and enchanting facilities
  
• Food on table (respawning)
  
• Labelled safe storage (1 Bookcase, 2 end tables, 1 dresser, 1 wardrobe, 1 food barrel, 1 cupboard, 15 chests. 1 mead barrel set to respawn (but house is in NoResetZone so maybe not). 2 weapon plaques)
  
• Navmeshed (of course!)

Bonus Mod Features:

• Working (if somewhat leaky) kitchen tap
  
• Bath
  
• Pretty deck-garden
