I have around a 1000 dollar budget but really no nothing about pcs at the moment I want to be able to have some good mods and BETTER graphics then the Xbox i don't need the best graphics but I would also like this pc to be able to watch movies good and be able to Play elder ills online.

Why not go to town and go into a shop that deals with pc and go from there.

Pc are not like xbox. While there is two types of xboxes something to do with hard-drives, pc well there is 1000 000 types.

I have a pc and nobody has my type. I am 1 of 1000 000

So shop around and do research and don't be lazy.

Don't get pre-built pc like dell and hp. They are crap. They don't know how to build one if their life depends on it.
