Okay, here's an issue I've just recently discovered. I'm fully updated and I reinstalled to compensate for the frozen water glitch. That issue was resolved, thankfully. I don't own or have Dawnguard. Every now and then, when casting or swapping spells, I find my hands freeze. I only see my left hand, it has no spells, though it has the spell idle animation. I go into third person, same thing. My right hand is at rest as though I'm not in combat mode, and my left is readied with no spell active. I try reequipping spells or weapons and it doesn't resolve my issue. I tried using both one and two handed weapons. Bows included. I can't cast any spells, and so far, the only solution has been reloading a save prior to the fault. This can get annoying, considering I almost never save (go ahead, blame me) and reloading will take me nearly hours back. It's gotten me deaths that could have been prevented and respawned some loots that I actually liked having, in turn replacing it with something I didn't like. In short, hands and spells freeze, reequipping, with hotkeys, favorites or manually, doesn't resolve the issue, and needless to say, I can't use spells or weapons. P.S. I wish I could tell you what's causing the glitch, but I don't know what I'm doing causing the glitch to occur. It seems to happen when I switch spells through the favorites, though I'm not sure if it'll be remedied via manual transitions in the character menu.
