I always carry my crossbow, enchanted ebony bow, and my Zephyr.... I have the Hammer that swings 50% faster than other hammers(forget the name) and an elven dagger.

Although, those are the only weapons I actually use, I carry a lot more weapons around with me until I get to my home to drop everything off.

My current set of gear as I head out adventuring consists of two bows, the Nightingale bow, and a soul trap enchanted Elven bow, as my primary weapons (I play a pure assassin type). As a backup/alternate weapon, I carry short swords/daggers, currently the Nightingale Blade. A wide selection of arrows and poisons. I wear light armor, currently the Nightingale armor set (see a pattern, here?). My playstyle consists of primarily hitting targets from cover of darkness at long range with bows, and killing them before they manage to find me, especially with tougher mobs or groups of mobs. For lone mobs, I will stealth-stalk them at times, move in close when I can maneuver in behind, and go for dagger/sword kills. Again, with the goal to hit them hard and finish them off before they spot me. I use hit-and-run guerrilla tactics. If I am spotted before a kill, I will flee, hopefully lure my target to a secluded area, and then reengage once the enemy has lost track of me.

Karliah's Bow (improperly named as the Nigtingale Bow, imo)
Glass Arrows 100+
Elvish Arrows 100+
Two Elvish daggers honed to Superior, unenchanted
Pickaxe (though I don't use it as a weapon)

That's it. Everything else gets sold.

I always have a bow on hand because archery is so much fun in this game. I like to have the lower end arrows with me because the character usually knows well enough that using low damage arrows when they have an enchanted bow makes the enchantment more useful. It works best when you have one that uses fire damage. I like to have some kind of musical instrument on hand when playing as Gutslit because he is a fairly artistic guy. I pretend that he paints his bow. The instrument he always has on hand is a flute.

With Fire-Burns-Blight, I have to have Imperial stuff on him because of the fact that he is the only Imperial battlemage recruit in the Skyrim part of the Imperial army involved with the Civil war.

Dram, my Dunmer assassin, likes to have daggers on hand. He hasn't gotten out to exploring and doing contracts just yet. He's busy getting to know everyone first and just hanging around the sanctuary.

I carry deadric greatsword, with banish and soul steal enchantment, along with my enchanted ebony war axe, which is enchanted with soul steal and life steal.

I usually carry about 4000 arrows. Is that a lot compared to others? They don't weigh anything, so why not?

O'Rok Klang carries a steel battleaxe, an Ancient Nord Axe and a Forsworn bow along with whatever arrows he can collect along the way. Redo carries an ebony sword, Mehrunes' Razor and an ebony bow.

I always have arrows of as many types as I can find. I just prefer to use low end ones. The higher end ones are good for when I face something really tough.

Where the heck do you find so many arrows? Or do you make that many? I probably have 300-400 on me at any given time of various types. Usually about 200 dragonbone.

You can get a crap load of arrows just by fighting bandits. They always have an archer nearby.

I loot arrows off everything I kill and lots of enemies have arrows.
Soldiers, Elves, Skeletons, Draugur

I don't use iron or falmer or foresworn arrows b/c they are all crap. I don't buy or make any arrows....just loot off kills.
Plus you can often take back the arrow you used to kill an enemy.

Oh, those crappy arrows can be powerful if you use them with a good enchantment on your bow.

Why do you carry so many Damn arrows?

Sometimes now when I use my bow it will go to a cut scene in slow-mo and follows the arrow to the target.
Pretty cool.

That surprised me almost as much as when I started chopping off heads. I assume this is a level / perks thing?
