This is probably another nickname that Cicero has but hasn't been revealed in-game but he and the Joker have alot of similarities do they not? They're both crazy, they both think they're funny (...they're not), and did I mention they're both crazy?

He reminds me of the Joker. As for not being funny, I think he's hilarious. Maybe because I'm a bit psycho myself. But his jokes get old fast, I just leave him feel up the night mother.

would have been one hell of an easter eg if they got Mark Hamil to voice the crazy kook. Well he does behave like the Joker...so yes.

The Joker in the batman series is funny, and so is ciecro, but not as good as the joker. Also if you notice in Arkham city during Quinn's DLC there is a painting talking about how joker will return and isn't actually dead. Easter egg for next game possible.

I never believed the joker was dead. Sure it was a shocking ending but with all the clayface stuff going on and the fact that its the joker I just don't think he's dead. Oh and ign had a article on the next game. Its going to be a prequel set in the silver age with the justice league having a role in it.
