Disabling cams thru ini or Mods?

I want to get rid of the fight cams. Are there mods that do this? Or do it via the ini file? If i can do it both ways, is one better than the other? Thanks.

If your referring to the kill cams bVATSDisable= 1 ini setting can do it or http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/10906 has a option for it.
