Ok I'm not meaning to bash everyone, but seriously? I just joined the forums and all I see are a bunch of topics insulting bethesda for absolutely no reason? You're all upset that we don't have patch 1.6 and bethesda has not released any info on when it will be released or when we will get dawnguard. Have you considered the fact that they aren't saying anything because there is nothing to be said? They told us when dawnguard was first announced that the Xbox would have 30 days exclusivity. Logically, that means we'll be getting it after the 30 days are up, next week. Why should they restate when we'll get it? As for the patch? They're probably going to release it the same day as dawnguard. And on the off chance that I'm wrong, be patient people. If we weren't getting it at all, they would have told us up front when Dawnguard was announced. Rant over, feel free to bash me all you want, I don't care.

I love how you say "I don't care" when you ask for it and went throught the bother of of telling us it(don't take it as an insult). Another thing how can there be nothing to be said when this is the company that made the patch for pc and xbox and have nothing to say for the ps3 there is alway information always they could tell us it hasn't been made yet or there not even going to make it. Also I think alot of people are asking if the DLC is even coming to the PS3(look at Bethesda's history for the PS3 DlC on Oblivion) we already know that it's a 30 xbox exclusivie.

The ps3 got the Fallout 3 and New Vegas DLC, why wouldn't we get Dawnguard? It's just a matter of time.

We have no timetable for Dawnguard, meaning it could come out in a week after the exclusivity deal ends, or it could come out in 7 months. We really have no way of knowing. However, we do know that patch 1.6 fixes problems we currently have, so what's the point in not releasing it, particularly if it's going to be a long time before we even get our hands on Dawnguard?

It's been nearly two months since other platforms got their hands on the new patch, a patch that addresses several problems that have made my game lag considerably. I think I'm well within my rights to express that I'm upset that fixes for a faulty game are being withheld from my platform of choice with no reason or explanation given.

Optimistically, one could make the argument that they are making a new patch that will fix more problems, but I think that's a rather optimistic view. And even if it were the case, why wouldn't they tell us to sit tight because we were getting something better, ideally something along the lines of an augmented Unofficial Patch like the PC users have instead of just keeping us in the dark?

I don't really care about not getting info on Dawnguard, but I'd like to know why I'm not getting bug fixes.



Different series, and one of those games was developed by another company. We didn't get most of the DLC for Oblivion.

Last I heard the DLCs for Fallout were "broken" and it I didn't say that they well not realise it I said poeple are asking if we will get it because of the way Oblivions DLC turn out, yes you can say we might get because we got fallout's DLC but I think another question for the DLC is well it be "playable" because of the history of fallouts DLCs.

For some reason I don't have any of these bugs that everyone keeps mentioning. My Skyrim experience has been pretty much perfect, no lag whatsoever. Maybe it's just me, idk. Any you're right, we didn't get most of the Oblivion dlc, however we did get the 2 big packs, Knights of the Nine and Shivering Isles. The only ones we didn't get were the bases like the castle and the dark brotherhood base. They're probably working on getting it to us, if they had no intention of giving it to us they would have announced it already.
