New difficulty setting I would like to see in future games?

Had the thought last night that with the cheer squads saying on one side Skyrim storylines are great roleplay is fine, and the other side saying it's bad and getting worse.

How about as well as a combat difficulty option we have another option menu roleplay and dialouge difficulty. We could have options for easy (people used to CoD) Hard (people used to TES and D&D) and medium.

What would be some differences between the two?

Well on harder setting you could expanded dialouge options that had consequences - like quest failing replies, insult anyone and maybe start a fight, butter people up (maybe even would improve pre-marriage romance)

Quests for example that involved stealing failing more easily - not just getting caught with your hand in the money tin but being seen going in and out of the place.
Gifting to NPC's Belethor for example could improve shop prices or make him more compliant with speech checks, Gifting to guards in a hold similar thing.
Killing a shop keepers relative, he doesn't sell to you anymore, etc, etc.
