mounted horse combat issue : V

Hey i've got some real major issue with mounted horse combat. Whenever i try to activate my weapon on horseback something strange happens, namely my player is shown as standing on the horse, it looks like the animation is totally not working, i can hear attack sounds when i try to swing my weapon but i just don't see anything happening.
I'll give you my load order and really hope that you can help me solve this problem.

I'm using a new fresh save that i started with those mods enabled and i didn't do any modifications to my mod list since starting the new game

Oh and is it normal that i don't find any dragon at dragon burial sites before i go to whiterun and do the first dragon slaying mission??

It's not normal if the buirial mounds are empty craters, but if they have dirt in them it's fine. As for the glith, I can't help.

He did answer one of your questions. As far as your horse combat issue...You don't have that many mods. Why not just start deactivating some and narrow it down. I would start with taking out ASIS and SkyTest, then Deadly Combat and Dance of Death.

That's a very common glitch, to be standing on the horse. I think it's one of the mods in your list, and normally I'd look it up for you, but considering how you reacted to the last person to help you, I'll let you have the honour of using the search function instead.

It's the same symptom, if not problem, so try what they suggested and I hope it works :smile:

edit: I know they're talking about FNIS causing the problem, but check another mod hasn't made the same mistake.

Thanks that solved it just fine. Now i know that asis does something to the dragon spawns, reduces them as i saw in the ini.
What values should i change to get it back to the way it is in vanilla skyrim. I was traveling with an older savegame and i just could see any dragon flying around

Careful what you wish for. Asis also delevels them, so at level one you have a chance (a small chance) to run into a ancient dragon. Also i think it makes them a bit tougher, but i may be wrong about that.
