Why can't we have these without console commands (360 player)? All it would take would be to add them to the purchasing lists in Radiant Rainment, and would give the players far more choices in how their wizards look.

It's supposed to make up for the fact that 360 players got Dawnguard early.

There's no real reason for that. AFAIK, they're fully usable on PC with mods, with no issues or clipping....

I guess it's just the same that with palace guards' armor in Oblivion. Maybe oversigth, maybe Bethesda decided to make it "unique" for those characters.

But nobody even wears them. Nobody!

Because Bethesda's mean... There should be a lot more unenchanted robes in the game.

Alright...well I know a way. It require a computer or laptop and the ability to install things. I'm probably going to use it to get Psijic robes on my Altmer.

And it would probably take one programmer one hour to add them to the radiant rainment lists, if that.

Any modder. And about 5 minutes, in fact.

I have said this countless times in other threads. I wonder why Bethesda takes stuff away with each progression of the game, and excludes some material to certain consoles. Yes they do add stuff, but they take away more stuff. They shouldn't even remove content as they go from TES 4 to TES 5 ect.
