(No idea if this is even the right area... if it isn't, please let me know & I'll post this in a different sub-forum)

Galmar & Ulfric do not appear to be speaking properly. Something seems to be wrong with their dialogue/s. It's as though some voice files are missing - for example, the "Damn the moot!" line is not being spoken at all during their exchange about the Jarls demanding a moot. They sometimes stand & gesticulate, but are silent. This seems to be happening right from the start - as soon as I enter Palace of the Kings for the first time, they speak, but there are gaps. This also occurs when I am trying to talk to them - sometimes they will begin to "speak" without speaking, moving through quest information etc. which I then miss & have no clue what it was they were trying to say.

I can't remember if this happened when I ran through all the early Stormcloak stages months ago.

Is this a known issue? If so - is there a known fix?

(Game is current, up to date, etc. etc.)
