I started a new character after months of not playing Skyrim (got into some new games like Left 4 Dead 2, Amnesia: The Dark Descent, and Minecraft) and I decided to side with the Stormcloaks this time and Ulfric fails to give me the Siege of Whiterun quest. He initiates talking to me correctly, but doesn't say anything about sending me to Whiterun to begin the attack.

And YES I've tried doing the 'setstage' and 'getstage' console commands but they don't seem to work. Please help!
