Hi Guys,

i got a huge problem. After started Skyrim with Steam all Npc's and me are just staying arround and doing nothing. I'm able to move but all animations are lost. I tried to install Skyrim new but that doesn't work. Every animation is just lost only talking not. I can hear the animation if i attack somebody but i cannot see it.

pls help...
