I don't see why it would be any different from the other races, but are Khajiit years like cat years as well?

Well there are many different life spans.
Orcs live up to 60 years.
Elves live Hundreds of years , the mages even thousands.
Imperials , well..
Bretons live up to 150 as they are half Elves..

What about the Argonians ?

Oh, I forgot about the elves. I believe Nords, Imperials, and Redguards have normal human life spans?

Elves have extended life span, mages especially. Humans have normal lifespans. And Orcs are lucky if they live to sixty, due to their curse. Khajiits and Argonians... I'm not sure.

A lot of the female Argonian npcs have that 'old lady' voice, but not so much the males, so I guess they have an extended natural life span that is curtailed by their typical occupations of thievery, slavery and labouring. I certainly think that From-Deepest-Fathoms has been suffering her curse for many years.

The Khajit are elves too, so I'd think they're the same as the others.

They come from Bosmer , I don't remember the whole story but I think Azura separated Bosmer into Khajiit.
