How to get out of the island ?
I went there for a second time and now it′s not posible to escape.

A Custom teleport spell (can be found on Nexus and/or Steam Workshop), or the console command coc Riverwood can get ya out.
All considered, maybe Japhet's Folly should have no map marker.

Fast travelling once out should gather any companions you have with you to you.

As for Japhet′s Folly. I hope you got an old save... There is no escape after a quicktravel to this island... a real deathtrap.
Fast travel is disabled and it is a closed cell that won't allow you to swim back.

NEVER EVER FAST TRAVEL TO THIS ISLAND AFTER THE QUEST.
