Does anybody else......

Does anybody else use the face changer or thee console command to simulate aging. Ever since dawnguard I have to make my dragonborn look as young as possible then through out my leveling add scars, dirt, wrinkles, slow grow out his hair and eventually change his hairy color to greying. Does anybody else do this

Mhh...nah, mainly because I like my character as he is, because I don't consider the time lapse to be that big to simulate aging (at least in my playthought), and because the "raw" form of doing it is pretty buggy AFAIK, and can lead to various bugs.

If I were you, I'd use a safer way, either a patch for it, or the face changer in Dawnguard.

My current characters are almost all elves so their aging would probably differ from the human form of it. They would age much more slowly and it would take many decades for me to get a reason to give them some more wrinkles. But the scar idea is nice, even though I often make characters with existing scars, so adding new ones would overwrite the older ones, which have a significance. I wish you could layer scars.

It's a good idea, i may change my hair color to grey in the future but I'm pretty happy with how my guy looks at the moment :)

I get the time lapse thing, but I role play that the game takes place over many years, other wise, imagine defeating alduin, ending the civil war, becoming leader of one of the guilds and solving the vampire problem all within a month in game. That would be an impossibly efficient month for a hero haha.

Oh, and I too totally don't know how you would show age for the beast races either. Haha

I was just on my way to do that with my current vampire. He is going to lose some weight and age a little using the complexion slider. He has started using the black star on his victims and is becoming increasingly evil, some aging and weight loss will enhance that.

EDIT:
Spoiler
She won't work on vampires
