I posted this along time ago but It was more of an accident on my part. I attack the town guard in riften and everyone in town starts chasing me. I run into the theives guild secret entrance I close the hatch and I was safe. So I walk into the theives guild next thing I know the whole town walks in with me. This of course makes the theives guild angry and the theives guild members start killing everyone. Then eventually the citizens ran out of the guild. I thought it was over and I walk back outside and the next thing you know I see the theives guild chasing down everyone in town killing them. So I had to restart because I had no other saves.

It would probably be walking along the road and finding that little vampire child from the dark brotherhood and that Mai'q cat dude ( spelled his name wrong) both squatting/ leaning over a corps searching through his inventory .
when i interacted with the vampire she said she was "doing a little moonlight hunting" or something , i found this weird because ive played the game over a gazillion hours done the main quest and a gazillion other quests and never stumbled upon this situation before . it was kinda weird but also refreshing to find something new .
other weird things would be running along the road at night and coming across a Vampire dude and his thrall .... they both did not attack at all , instead the vampire guy was like " can i help you? " and " yes?".

I think the wierdest thing that ever happened to me was when I was on my way to attend the truce negotiations at High Hrothgar. I went there on foot from Riften. As I approached the bridge to Ivarstead I saw a big commotion up ahead. So I snuck up cautiously to see what was going on. To my astonishment I saw General Tullius, Legate Rikke and Elenwen engaged in a furious battle with the citizens of Ivarstead. I was so flummoxed by what I was seeing that I could only watch in horror as the trio of homocidal maniacs methodically slaughtered every man and woman in that once-peaceful little hamlet. When their deadly rampage came to an end they sheathed their weapons and proceeded on their way to High Hrothgar.

Sensing that this probably wasn't a part of the main quest I went back to a previous save. I still don't know the story behind what happened that fateful day in Ivarstead.

I enter Riften the day before yesterday to find the guards running towards the Keep. I follow in pursuit, assuming it was likly a vampire attack off to kill my vendors, when in actuallity they were, for some unknown reason to me, beating the living [NUMMIT] out of Maven Black-Briar. Her being essential, she just gets back up and shoots a bolt of lightening at them so they return and proccede to do it again and again and again and again....

I feel through the ground near Riften and ended up at the top of the throat of the world. It was awesome and a little weird. I been trying to repeat it but I just couldn't do it.

Once, I died just outside of Mzinchaleft on the cliffs overlooking the main area. When my character died, he sat on the ground for about 2 seconds, then his body randomly shot about 20 or so feet in the air. It was very funny and unexpected.

Alternatively, I also got killed by a giant and was launched hundreds of feet into the air.
