Just saying. Not only would it be adding a new faction storyline to the game, at first glance it seems like a major faction you would think you could join. I just think that would be cool.

Thalmor is only for Thalmor. Everyone else will be killed -- one way or another -- that is the one and only rule of the Thalmor.
