i would REALLY APPRECIATE ANY help with these questions. I've ALWAYS had great success with help from you all. THX!

1) Mercanary ---> Steward
I had Uthgard as my Merc-Made-Steward until she died somehow and now that I have Mjoll the Lioness as my follower I am not given the dialogue option to make her my steward. I've read that she IS 'steward-able' but havent been able to do it. Did i get bad info or am i doing something wrong? And if i can't make her steward is there a was i can keep her as my hireling and find someone else to steward for me?

2) Reticle/Crosshair on Horseback
For some reason once and a while my crosshair/reticle thing doesn't appear when i'm riding so it's damn near imposible to aim at anything. Do you know why this is? Anyone else have same problem?

3) Bound Weapons Damage Score
How do i know how much HP damage my Bound Sword or Bound Battleaxe can do since it doesn't specify in the description? Or does it somewhere and i just don't see it? I want to be able to better compare their lethality with regular weapons.

4) Adept Meaning?
What does ADEPT mean, specifically when i'm picking locks and stuff? I just read the definition but i'm not sure what it means in the context of this game.
