max number of perk points?

I just want to know how many perk points can you get in the game? I want to premake my character using a perk calculator, but i was not sure how many i could get ingame. Help?

80 if you max out all your skills and get to lvl 81.

As said, 80. But if you are on pc, the 'Perks for Dragon Souls' mod fixes that.
