Does this happen to anyone else? I'm on PS3 and I wonder if this happens to any other PS3 users. Does this aslo happen on Xbox and PC?

On Xbox I get the occasional sticky screen, however I think this has more to do with my ancient machine than the game.

Apparently the PS3 version is quite buggy in general, seems you just drew the short straw, unfortunately

I had frame rate drops when playing on the Xbox all the time. Most notably during random dragon attacks.
I think it's a common issue for everyone on consoles. It shouldn't last, however. If it's only for a few seconds its fine, if you're getting them for long periods of time it could be something else.

I had a horrible moment where I was just about to fight a dragon North of Riften and my game literally slowed down to where I thought it froze. I eventually was able to move around and get away from the spot and it cleared up. I was inching along, and I mean inching, for about 5 minutes before it fixed itself. But then i've been back and its never happened again. Hopefully it doesn't bother your gameplay too much.

I have a top of the line gaming computer.
