I switched from PS3 to XBOX months ago and just finished a 200+ hour playthrough over several months as a male Nord. The game is installed to the hard drive and Dawnguard and Hearthfire are active. Unlocked all Achievments on this playthrough except the Vampire one (did werewolf).

Here are the issues encounted:

Game occasionally fails to load at the loading screen. Typically when fast travelling.

Storage Chest Missing in Hjerim

Armor Mannequins don’t display many helmets (Ancient Nord, Stormcloak Officer as a couple of examples)

You cannot cure yourself of Lycanthropy until you complete both Farkas and Villkas “Purity” Quests

Skjor sometimes shows back up in Jorrvaskr after he dies in “The Silver Hand” (I killed him again, it was just wrong to see him walking around….)

Delvin won’t buy your last Larceny Target item (typically Eye of the Falmer).

Dexion Evicus (Dawnguard side) is permanently hostile. Had to beat him down repeatedly to progress Dawnguard questline.

Have Duplicate Drain Vitality shouts with words from Marked for Death Shout

Collette doesn’t sell the Master Guardian Circle Spell

The Achievement “Standing Stone” unlocks by revisiting the same stones. (You don’t have to find them all).

Duplicate copies of Louis Letresh hang around Whiterun Stables and are hostile.

“Heart consumed Werewolf Perk Progress extended” message sometimes appears when not in werewolf form

Immunity to Disease not working properly as werewolf all the time (contracted Rattles a few times). Was able to cure it by visiting a shrine.

During “The Man who cried Wolf” my Dog follower Vigilance apparently fell out of the world. Did “A Deadra’s Best Friend” and when that was complete it apparently cleared my Dog Follower Slot. Could pick up Meeko or the Dawnguard dogs after that.

Sometimes killing Dragons doesn't yield Dragon Souls.

In Hearthfire, asking your Steward to furnish the Entry Room never clears. Attempting to buy it again tells you don’t have enough funds.

Steward eventually loses dialogue to buy bard, horse, chicken, cow, etc. If they die off, or you didn’t initially purchase you can’t get them later.

Giving clothes to my adopted son Hroar resulted in him running around naked.

Takes forever (months it seems) for steward to furnish all the rooms.
