Saw a thread similar this while browsing the internet and thought it'd be nice to see what sort of interesting concoctions people can come up with.

Probably my favorite at the moment would be a nasty little poison that slows the enemy as well as damaging their health. Ingredients: DeathBell + River Betty. It's also very expensive.

I use the wiki to unlock all my ingredients once I've been gathering for 15+ levels or so... not using Alchemy on my current build but back when I did I remember a Slow/Damage Health/Lingering Damage poison that was quite nice...
