This would include primary and secondary perks and a perk build from the calculator with armor and weapons, etc

Perks do not make a "True" Nord.
That's a Roleplaying concept.

To the true nord sentiment, if you go by the nords opinions of today, that is anything that doesnt include sneaking or magic. I know my history, so I know there's nothing wrong with magic, which is why I use restoration and enchanting.

A true nord believes in himself and yes he doesn't have to listen to rumors about that magic is weak and that crap. Joining the Stormcloaks to fight for an independent Skyrim is one other thing i did. A true nord doesn't think like a racist or just on himself. There is nothing about just war and power there is honor and family.

A true nord doesn't give a skeever's butt about Skyrim, but lives in Solstheim.

This phrase, which exists by connotation only, is the crux of Stormcloak propaganda. It's an intentionally ill-defined concept intended to legitimize the Stormcloak position; it provides a catch-all explanation for the bloodshed, allowing them to perform a sort of Manichean division of Skyrim's populace and thereby avoid any guilt over dispatching their countrymen.

The same can be said of all the cultural posturing that all the races perform, although it's more visible here because the non-Nord citizenry of Skyrim is often homogeneous in their opinions, thus placing more emphasis on the differences within the Nord's ethnic group.

Its user-defined meaning makes it fruitless to quantify.

I love the concept "True Nord". It seems to describe anyone who agrees with the person stating it, especially on political matters.

No "True Nord" class that I am aware of, but you could always go with the Barbarian playstyle which means you play to the skills the Nord have bonuses in.
