Frankly you'd have to do this with the gamer activating the game and remaining on screen with the game display for me to believe it. It would be very easy to edit a "let's Play" to simulate the circumstance you are asking for. Real easy to fake....

Bethesda is not about to reveal any research they've done which projects how many PS3 gamers have issues with their Skyrim discs. The fact that DLC is on hold though pretty much means they know it's a very significant percentage. That and their coding structure is too weak to bear the additional demands.
