Don't get me wrong, I really love Skyrim. But does anyone else have this problem?

It wouldn't be bad if it was just a frost dragon or so, but EVERYTIME it's a bloody Ancient Dragon because of my level (48).

lucky. i hardly get dragons. By lakeview a lot of reverred drags spawn. svcks

Be glad. You get Legendary at higher levels.
Enchanted bows, or melee weapons if they get in range, help in taking the wind out of a dragon's sails faster too.

Dragons appear based on a timer.
3 or 4 days I think.
The ones in Dragon Aeries are respawning type.
