Forgive me, if I did not know if there is an another that started a similar thread. I just want to know if the developers are considering a downloadable version of Skyrim for the PS3 and XBOX 360? I am gradually transitioning from liking physical copies to digital.

Considering the console versions are made to run from the disc, this would require additional porting and workarounds.

I think you can with Skyrim on the Xbox with Games on Demand.

Skyrim is already available for digital purchase for Xbox 360. Nothing official have being said about doing the same thing on PSN though, but who knows, it might happen.
