It's the little things......

Tonight in some mountain pass I heard a dragon flying around. I looked around and down the pass I saw a dragon kill a forsworn and lifted up and flew in circles. A giant came up, looked at the body and then just stood there looking up at the dragon until it flew away.

As the dragon left I looked up and I could see the glare of the sun around the dragon as it left.

I love these little details. I don't care what the nay Sayers say, this game rocks.

I know exactly what you mean. The little AI interactions are amazing, and how it all plays out.

For instance, me and my partner in crime were running from the law in Whiterun, so we hopped a carriage to Riften. However she was too slow to jump on, and had to steal a horse and follow. So there are two Khajiit headed toward Riften, through the woods filled (mods for more soldier spawning) Stormcloak soldiers who wanted to kill us and Imperials who wanted to arrest us. So I'm on the back of the carriage, looking back towards my partner and all of a sudden, a group of Stormcloaks come up from under a bridge I had just crossed and she was crossing, knocked her off her horse and continuously beat her, even when she was in the knocked down state (she can't die).

It was absolutely horrifying to watch and I immediately loaded an old save but still, it was pretty interesting how realistic everything was. Skyrim is hands down one of the best games on the market right now.

Butterflies, moths, & torchbugs- I love catching them and using them in alchemy. I even use a mod that adds more types. I also love the night sky- the two moons & northern lights. It seems so real.

I liked some of the interactions in Dawnguard, especially with a couple of the companions in it.. I usually play solo but I must say that I enjoyed their company for the time I had them. What I wish the game had more of is ghost companions, as I particularly enjoyed having the one in question with Serana by my side as well.. it was quite entertaining listening to their dialogue while I went through the game :).
