Are you going to start anew when it comes out or do you plan to use one of your existing characters? Me, I'm going to start a completely new character [hell, I even did so with HF] and avoid the MQ, in the hope that the DLC isn't strictly tied to it. What about you?

Continue with my Dragonborn character. I doubt anyone but Dragonborn would get most of it from a DLC called Dragonborn.
Also, the chances are that this will be a high-level location so starting with a new character might be a bit... unbalanced.

When ever a new patch or new DLC comes out, I delete all my saves, and start anew, for the sake of making sure that bugs/glitches don't occur, alot of patch fixes are not retro-active...

With my main then make a Dunmer to go Solstheim and see if the Dunmer there will still say "I'm watching you, Scum!" to other Dunmer.

Gonna make a new tribal Wood Elf character for the DLC/ Of course, that's assuming they actually add spears.

My mage, since she's done everything else, and is the only character I have who's done any of the MQ past Helgen.

Eric my 43 level Nord warrior. He's my main character. I have a Hearthfire bug now with my spouse after she was kidnapped which is about game breaking since I can't use my warrior spouse as a follower anymore (she won't fight). Game breaking. I hope they fix this or I may not even bother with the next DLC or anything else.

Who knows what game breaking bug we'll get to enjoy with the next one. We really need some REAL patches.

If spears are really are included, maybe I'll make a master Dunmer spearmen.

I only have 1 character, if I had to start over from level 81 and every single quest completed, I'd shoot myself...

Don't know, I will have to wait and see. I only have 2 playable out of 3.

I was thinking of Faeron the Dunmer bard. Maybe this'll give me a reason to progress in the MQ with him.
I'll probably start the character from scratch again.

I recently made a new nord sword & board Dragonborn, so probably that one.

My Dragonborn is my first Morrowind character. In Morrowind, he used a mix of medium and light armor, a crossbow, a spear and a shortsword. If they end up bringing shortswords and spears back, I'm restarting Fenix and replaying him with 2-Handed as his primary and level Light and Heavy armors equally so I can play him from the start like he was at the end of his Morrowind adventures.

Mind you, he's not my Nerevarine. That guy's the one I made on Skyrim for my 'canon' Dawngaurd play. His personality meshes so well with Serana. Fenix is more a Link-type character; simple, kleptomanic and just a bit psychotic.

Depending on how much from Morrowind is in Dragonborn, I might have to make a few other returning creatures from Morrowind, too.

Also, if there is no Indoril armor, I will be so sad. That cuirass was my favorite piece of armor in Morrowind.

All of my current characters will be playing through it.

I will start my Dunmer character and power level using Ogha Infinium, and get to him to the right point in his backstory. I might not even, I am not even finished with the Dawnguard quests yet or the MQ on my second (now main) character. I am trying to make him evil but I need to finish the MQ for redemption if the new DLC has a good or bad path. If it is just one path I will turn him into an evil Dragon Priest Dragon rider.

The one I have maxed out to where he can no longer level.. I only have one other character and he's too low level for me to really want to work with him.
