I have this problem with the default texture mod and then as I begin a rescue this problem of texture pink / black areas are not, but after a few minutes of the game start to have pink texture for example spider (picture), the walls of the guild of thieves, also the textures of the mod armor but turn black. If I save and close the game and reopen the game textures magically return to normal why?

I have Win7 64-Bit 4GB RAM and I doing management activities have these results:

The armor mods textures resize them with GIMP perhaps some wrong step, and then the PC attempts?

Another problem is the Sudden Crash without error, I video card AMD Radeon HD 6790 with latest drivers, and use default settings to "High" (although Ultra supports it very well), as I fix these unexpected Crash? The Mods are the same as above and I have never changed the Skyrim.ini.
