As most of you know, it is possible to have followers carry an unlimited amount/weight of items by commanding them to pick up items from the ground. Is there a mod that fixes this?

Also, is there a mod that reduces the maximum carryweight of followers to more realistic levels, like e.g. Realistic Carry Weight (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/17140) does for the player?

I didn't know. Does that mean it's not possible to have a NPC carry tons of stuff by accessing their inventory?
