first this appeared, then went away but now it's back

most enchanted things and some regular things loose their color and become pure Blue and reflect light ( when you turn it in menu and light hits it, it seems like Ice) It happens to NPC'S to. sometimes this leads to loading screen problems where just a bunch of moving blue squares cover the screen and other bad effects
