Looking for reasons to keep playing? Heres a idea.

Its a simple idea, but one people seem to underestimate. Instead of putting all your gear in chests, display it instead. Even a shelf full of rare potions looks badass.
Displaying your spoils all over your house is much more satisfying than the laundry list of items in a chest.

One of the reasons i keep playing is to update my gem collection.

Tip: Drop an item, leave your house, return, THEN move it to wherever you like. A bug exists where the item will return to the position you first dropped it unless you leave the house first. Afterwards it'll stay wherever you put it.

I have like a bazillion gems stored in my safe, a lot of very rare ones too. That looks amazing, btw, reminds me of my trip to Turkey and saw the chest full of emeralds in the Sultan's palace. Thanks for the tip about how to place items, I was wondering how to get around placing items.

My reason to keep playing is the role play. If a change the character Iwill roleplay different thus the game will be completely different.

Because decorating your house is very immersive. Collecting items is actually one of the goals that I set for myself, I make it a rule to collect as many gems, Daedra hearts, elk parts, unique items, ebony ingots, etc.

What's the point of treasure hunting when your not looking for treasure, glory is all well in good, but trophies make it more memorable.

That last part is true. Thats why i love the trophy room in hearthfire, because you need a few rare ingrediants to get the rarer monster statues.

I just wish they made it a bit more difficult to get some of the statues, like the dragon skull or hagraven.

lately i've been decorating lakeview manor with raw meat and human skulls, it's coming along quite nicely.
