Scripted Scenes

Did anyone else feel that Dawngaurd did the scripted moments right?

Such as the part were you are walking on the wooden bridge and it breaks on you, and you plummet into the river. I will never forget that.

And the battle with
Spoiler
Vythur was probobly the greatest boss fight I had ever encountered in gaming history. Followed by Harkon.
I feel like Dawngaurd's scripted moments and boss fights were the way it should of been done in Skyrim.

Best boss fight you ever encountered in gaming history? It was good and much better then the one with Alduin but if that's the best then you haven't played many games.

Dawngaurd definitely has great scripted moments, and the boss fight at the end is decent (for a TES game.)
But I gotta agree with this.....

I can think of many, many better boss fights.

But, you had fun... so that's what is important! :)

I don't know. Every colossus in Shadow of the Colossus is more epic than Skyrim bosses, but maybe that's just me :P

ive played many games. Ive played Morrowind.
Hircine was pretty good, as was Almalexia.

Blood omen 2,half life and painkiller had real bosses - even the easy final boss battle in fable the lost chapters or risen are better of the skyrim ones (well, ancano and the first with alduin perhaps weren't that bad after all)

However,i've really appreciated dawnguard in this regard, for a tes game its a great achievement having at least two entertaining bosses fight

The scripted moments were okay, a bit glitchy as some times but still exciting.

Best boss fight? In my opinion they were okay but nowhere near as good as most games.

I'm seeing a lack of a certain Italian plumber... until I see him, you've never played a true boss fight.

Dagoth Ur wil always be the best boss fight in the series, in my very structured opinion.
Almalexia and Hircine are tied in 2nd.

Killing Harkon was just running up and down stairs.
