not even SKSE helps? could you make a request to the skse authors?
we pc players need SKSE anyway in order to use SKyUI so I guess it will be a must-have.

Even if it did I would have to weigh that very carefully. SKSE is useful, but it is an additional requirement laid on end users, and those folk are notoriously unreliable I'm willing to bet that every single mod author whose mod requires SKSE gets at least one email every day saying something like "OMG UR MOD DONUT WORK I DUNOO WUT SKSE IS", no matter how many "REQUIRES SKSE" banners they place in its description.

Of course my day job is in IT, so perhaps I'm just jaded.

but it could aso increase a lot performance, couldn't it? ever since they added full papyrus support!

I keep an eye on SKSE, but as of the latest version I don't see anything I need badly enough to justify making it a mod requirement. The combatstyle and headparts extensions could be useful to me, but I'm getting along without them at the moment and will probably continue to do so
