I googled Harlaug Skyrim and the ideal masters came up the soul cairn dudes..I think he thinks he can kill one of them...idk if you can,.

I did the same and it says this in the description "Harlaug is a ferryman, a new addition to...", but says no such thing on the actual page when you click it

He's exactly where it says he is. Between the Sanctuary and Dawnstar.

I believe there's another ferryman at the Windhelm docks also.

Although i still want Bethesda to add the option of watching the cart drive (or boat sail) from place to place, although i suppose that would be coding hell, and probably attract glitches galore..
